For online purchases, Mint & Vault will accept merchandise only in its original unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice and the following requirements below.

Merchandise must be directly purchased through our website and must be unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged with all the original sales tags and all original packaging, authenticity cards and intact Mint & Vault authentication wax seal on the outside packaging. Please note: If authentication wax seal is broken, tampered or removed, merchandise will no longer be accepted for a full refund. Return merchandise must be post marked within 30 days from the date of delivery to Mint & Vault.  Mint & Vault reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. 

Beauty products such as perfumes may be returned if unopened and in the original cellophane wrapping within 30 days from the date of delivery. Mint & Vault does not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.

Merchandise returned to Mint & Vault will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Please note, we currently only offer returns on items purchased directly though our online Mint & Vault store if you purchased an item anywhere other than from our website please go directly to the shop where you purchased the goods.
